Well that day came when my truck got crashed into; and I didn't regret it. Alfredo Lopez, the owner of Platinum was friendly and professional from the start. He got me an upgraded rental at no additional cost. Worked with my insurance company and didn't let them low ball the repairs, and fought for my best interest. The work was completed on time, and I couldn't be happier with the result. He even had his crew do some additional work outside the scope per my request at no additional charge to me nor my insurance company. Truck looks phenomenal. I would highly recommend this body shop. I have some experience with body repairs in my earlier years so I know the difference. If I ever need auto body repair in the future...I know where I am going

My car literally looks brand new! They did such an amazing job with the entire body work and paint job! I absolutely recommend this shop to any one needing body work. The quality of work that the crew put in was outstanding and I couldn't have asked for a better job. I would highly recommend Platinum Paint & Body to anyone who has had any damage little or big. From the time I got the estimates on both cars from Erin until I picked up the repaired vehicles, I was thoroughly satisfied. They outbid 2 other body shops on their estimates and did an awesome job with repairing the dents and repainting. Also, they did an excellent job cleaning both vehicles inside and out so they looked brand new. I would recommend their body shop to anyone needing repairs!

I hope for continued good luck. The office is tastefully decorated and professional. Also they were very helpful with my considerations when it was time to pick up my car. While I hope never to need their type of service again, if it happens, they would be my choice.

After having a tree fall on my car, it needed excessive repair. Platinum did a great job working with my insurance and an unbelievable job getting the car repaired and in even better condition than it was prior to the accident.   Most importantly, they were timely, courteous and professional. I felt as if they always had my best interests in mind. Not once did I feel they were in it just to make a buck, but rather they cared about getting my car fixed in the best condition possible in the shortest amount of time possible.

I love my 2006 Lincoln LS and enjoy keeping it looking like new. Unfortunately someone backed into it a parking lot and ruined the rear bumper. I asked the mechanic I have come to trust if he could refer me to a good body shop. He recommended this body shop owned and operated by Alfredo Lopez. The entire experience from initial contact to the final completed job has been great. Not only was the work done to perfection but I was given valuable information on how to keep my car looking great. You can pay more but you will not get more in terms of attention to detail and the job done right. It is wonderful to find in this day and age people with knowledge and expertise who care about having a satisfied customer and not just making a buck!
